Use a frameset with only one frame (100% height and 100% width). That should solve your problem.

Thanks for the reply!

Do I have to implement the frames in html or is there something you can do with JSF tags?

When I posted originally I was thinking of a solution I'd heard about using 'decorators' or view handlers or something... does anyone know if I'm on the wrong track there?

Hi Jamie

You can try out using IFrame also. If you are going with this approach then you will face following problems

1) You will have a problem of bookmarking of specific page. You need to manage bookmarking somehow through the code.

2) When you will print the page displayed in Iframe, printer will print only visible porttion of IFrame

Try your luck!

THanks

I think, if you will use MVC pattern then URL will be the same for all the pages (except the parameters).

The URL will be:

http://localhost:8080/MainController

Where MainController is your servlet as well as controller.

Ok thanks, I'll look into that!
