read the tutorials and manuals on the hibernate and spring website. then try for yourself. if you have a more specific problem and can show what you have got so far then ask the questions here...and you will sure get some help.
but your questions are to general. they are all answered in the manuals and tutorials of the frameworks you want to use.
it seems (from your other posts) that you want us to do your job :-)
