Querying on many to many collections

I have two objects (User and Asset) that are mapped like this:
(on user.hbm.xml)

Now I want to search for users that are assigned to some assets via the m-n table userToAsset. I tried:



But that only gives me:


I know this is possible somehow, but I just don't get it. Reading the Documentation again and again got me nowhere. Please help
