Calling HBM query in HBM file

Ok.. so I'm new to hibernate. Not quite sure how to call the query on the bottom of this hbm file. Can someone give me an example of how this would be done.

Search for "getNamedQuery". There are several detailed examples of using substitution text and retrieving results.
