The Hibernate website is the best place for this information. If you check the download section there you should find what you need.

Hibernate really hasn't suffered from 'stability' issues.

The current Hibernate Core release is 3.2.6, which went GA in February. Of course, Hibernate is now an umbrella term that actually encompasses a number of projects:

Hibernate Core 3.2.6 GA08.02.2008
Hibernate Annotations 3.3.1 GA 14.03.2008
Hibernate EntityManager 3.3.2 GA 14.03.2008
Hibernate Validator 3.0.0 GA 20.03.2007
Hibernate Search 3.0.1 GA 20.02.2008
Hibernate Shards 3.0.0 Beta2 02.08.2007
Hibernate Tools 3.2.2 Beta 09.04.2008
NHibernate 1.2.0.GA 03.05.2007
NHibernate Extensions 1.0.4 24.01.2007
