How to generate hbm file and java classes using tools in RAD

Hi,
I am using RAD and oracle DB,can any one please tell how to generate hbm file and java classes using hibernate tools.In RAD i need to install any Plug-In?Can you please suggest any link or tutorials or what are the steps I need to follow?
IT's very urgent.

Check out the Hibernate Tools project at www.hibernate.org

Hibernate Tools is an Eclipse plug-in that will help you perform basic mappings. But remember, don't leave everything to the tool. If you can't outsmart the Hibernate tool, it will outsmart you.
