Running the admin client

Trying to run the following but I get ClassNotFoundException on org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient.

  
java -cp %AXISCLASSPATH% org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient -lhttp://localhost:8080/axis/services/AdminService deploy.wsdd

although I have all the required jar files in %AXISCLASSPATH%.
Follwed Apache axis installation step by step, and validation passed.
