My friend, owner of http://asia-sourcing.net, is looking for redesign the web site to use web service, most of the code are written in PHP previously, any ideas how much it will cost?

It depends on how much work you have wor..

yes, will need user managerment, inquiry managerment (post, reply), newsletter and a calenday
