G'day,

I am Using WSAD5.2, I would like to creatre a web service method which get a image(tiff) from the client and store it in the server. Is there any option other than using Base64.

You could always use a two-phase approach. The image could be housed behind a webserver, and the web-service could return the URL to the image. The client could then fetch the image over HTTP.
