Does anyone know if it is possible to have multiple endpointInterface using EJB and WebServices?

Welcome to JavaRanch!

Not quite sure what you mean by "multiple endpoint interfaces"?
If you want to expose a stateless session bean as a web service you define one endpoint interface (implementing javax.rmi.Remote).
You can expose multiple stateless session beans - each with their own endpoint interface.

Maybe some of the items discussed in WebService using Local Interface will clear things up.
