Hi All,

I'd like to get some samples working with SAML and Apache Axis. I got the Netbeans sample running but I could not learn too much from it.

Also, if somebody could point me a tutorial which explains SAML in a simple way, would be great. All tutorials I found are too much theorical and I can't figure how to implement a SSO between my webservices using SAML.

Thanks,
Daniel

SSO implies creating some kind of session, which generally isn't encouraged for WS. What benefit does it have over sending the credentials for each invocation? (I'm assuming that the WS invocations are done through code, not directly by a user.)

Hi Ulf,

I am doing my final work for finish university, and task is ws-security.
The catch is that I didnt do nothing on it (and SAML), but I need to write some example and large amount description text. I have saome book about ws-security with no exaples.

Can you put me in good direction (what is the best way to start learning this); is there any tutorial examples...?

Regardes,
Marko
