Is there something wrong with this WSDL?

This WSDL was manually constructed and I'm having problems with it. There's suppose to be 3 methods in it but I can only get 1(using Netbean's web service client wizard).

I know this is a lot of code to go through but I don't think I have any other choice but to ask. I would appreciate any help.

But i see only one operation "GetVersion" in the porttype "WSModuleSoap".
Hence you get only one method.
