which one is better according to the current pattern of the exam
JQplus or JWhiz .i tried trial or both the simulators and found that JWhiz is more into coding questions than JQplus.and from the review of the passed SCJP's current pattern of exam has 70 - 80% of coding questions. SO which one should i buy?

I say buy both as you are comparing apples and oranges! See my recent post. You will benefit from the different perspectives each tool has.
JQ+ is a superior learning tool, as it has better questions on the harder topics and much longer explanations. JWiz has more code snippets, but they are not so tough to do generally. It also has a nicer interface.
good luck,
John Coleman
(passed exam last Friday BTW)
