Last year I made considerable progress on a "flash card" application for the Palm - with the KVM. One thing that has stopped me from carrying this further is that I can't find any definitive answer to the question -
"How can I distribute an application?"
Can I legally distribute the KVM and library files for Palm like I can distribute a JRE for J2SE?
The J2ME speaker at a recent Sun TechDays conference could not give me an answer on this one.

To distribute the KVM you have to get a license from Sun. Sun is going to make a freely distributable version of the MIDP available for Palm OS in the next couple of months, though.
