Hi Chetna,
Best of luck tomorrow.
I think if you are scoring well on mocks in Threading and I/O you are in good shape. I don't think the exam questions you see will be any more difficult.
Just make sure you pay equal attention to the "easier" topics--I was studying Threads and I/O up until the end myself because they had been my weaker areas, and I got all of those questions correct, but missed questions in my "stronger" areas!
Stay on your toes and you'll do great.

Hi Chetna,
I am not an SCJP (yet), so can't really give you many 11th hour tips, but here are few which are always applicable to all exams.
1) While exam, stay cool and composed, do read the question very carefully, very often it leads you to the correct answer itself.
2) Just briefly revise one line tips and some tricky constructs/questions of the test before the test itself. You are already doing very well in Threads and IO in mocks, so that's half battle won already.
3) Please, *DO NOT* stay online whole night. Have your regular 6-8 hras sleep. That always keeps you fresh and alert at the time of real test, that'll boost your performance very signifiacntly.
All the very best, you'll do very well.
