PDA simulator for java programming

Hi everyone,
i need a PDA simulator for java programming. I've tried java wirelss toolkit2.0, but it only supports mobile simulation.
would anyone recommend some PDA simulators?

I use the simulator from Microsoft, the Pocket PC 2002 Emulator. It's free.

Palm also provides tools for their devices (you need to register with PalmSource but it's free).

Thank you guys. I have downloaded the PalmOS and ROM image needed.
Another naive question:
I have implemented a Java 2D application and going to transfer it to the PalmOS simulator. how should i start?
