I am a begginer in J2me.My first application just displays date and time .I my program is not taking java.util.Date.it is compiled as follows
C:\WTK22\article>javac -bootclasspath ..\lib\cldcapi11.jar;..\lib\midpapi20.jar com\j2me\part1\DateTimeApp.java

You mean, your program is not compiling.
What are you getting?

hi.. if ur programe is not compiling then it's means there is some error in ur code or ur way of compilation, means syntax error at compilation time...

pls provide detail info about ur problem so i can try to solve this matter...

As per my view don't use this command line compilation and preverification process...

just download j2me sdk and use it's inbuilt tools... thanks
