Thread Pooling

Any serious on-line articles on thread pooling that gurus liked? Google wasn't helpful.

I got all questions right about threads on the SCPJ2 Certification Exam but I'm looking now to use them (in a pool) hard core in an industrial strength environment.

Did you look at apache commons threadpool. It might be helpful. Also doug lea's concurrent threadpool in 1.5.
