Guys is overloading = Polymorphism? Polymorphism means many forms, and overloading definately, gives an object many forms, where as overiding, might change your look and feel, but it really doesnt change the signature. Am I correct? Thanks and I apologize in advance for the stupid question. -Matt
Hi Matt, No, unfortunately you have it backwards. Overriding == Polymorphism Polymorphism -> The ability of one object to denote objects of its own class or any of its' subclasses. Polymorphism can be called dynamic method lookup in java. Regards, Manfred.
