Is it important to know what are the objectives load in the exam? Meaning, what's the percentage of questions on each objective in the exam?
Anyone knows?

I think that Sun doesn'teven know yet - the 1.4 exam is not quite out of beta yet. If historical evidence has any meaning, then Sun will probably give a high level, relative weighting to the objectives when 1.4 is 'official' - but the bottom line is - all of the objectives are important.

The JDK 1.4 exam has been available since October. The quesitons you get on an exam seem to be taken at random from the database so there is no certainty on the weight given to objectives. However there has been feedback that you really need to know your overloading/overriding/threading.

Howdy, I'm the one that told Bert that the exam was in beta -- I thought we were talking about the Developer exam! Anyway, Marcus is right, the 1.4 exam is definitely available, although still being translated into other languages.
As for weighting, I'd look at the Language Fundamentals objectives and the Flow Control, Assertions, and Exceptions objectives in particular, but really, nothing is favored too heavily over anything else. But if you don't know the Language Fundamental questions really well, then questions from other objectives will be tough.
There aren't a gazillion thread questions, but the ones there are pretty challenging
Have fun
