Java IO, 1.2cert, appreciate u r help

I am trying to run following code but i get 'Indexoutofbounds exception'. I don't understand why. I will apreciate your help. It reads a txt file with following content.

52

cache_file has a length of only one element. Thus ++i will cause such exception. Dimension it properly or use an ArrayList.
