Hi Ronald, here are a couple of options.
You can buy the voucher online and schedule the exam. Or you can ask your friend to buy voucher with your details. Or you can call your local prometric center to schedule the exam in which case you don't need to buy the voucher exclusively, they will charge you. Or you can try calling Sun too.
