Test voucher for SCJP

Could any one let me know how do i get a test voucher for SCJP 1.4.
Am in India - when i contacted the Prometric centre i was told that i need to get the voucher online.

To register for the SUN Microsystems "Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform you may register online at www.2test.com, and follow the prompts.

Or, you may register by phone, by calling your regional Prometric registration office, listed at www.prometric.com/ContactUs/TestTakers.

The cost of the test coupon is RS. 7200/-. send the
DD In favor of Sun Microsystems India Pvt. ltd. Payable at Bangalore to
the address mentioned below, with a covering letter mentioning your Name,
Address, Telephone No. and the e-mail Id. Once the dd is received the , they require two working days to courier you the test coupon.

After you receive the test coupon, contact any Authorized Prometric
Testing Center ( Pls visit www.2test.com ) for the list of Test Centre
India ) to schedule your exam date, time, and location; all exams take
place at Authorized Prometric Testing Centers.
