Tricky question

I was reading the Java Language specification and I found this interesting code snippet about method overriding, hiding and overloading...

I did not read this in any book before:

What will be printed?

class Super 
{
  static String greeting() { return "Goodnight"; }
  String name() { return "Richard"; }
}
 
class Sub extends Super 
{
  static String greeting() { return "Hello"; }
  String name() { return "Dick"; }
}
 
class Test 
{
 public static void main(String[] args) 
 {
   Super s = new Sub();
   System.out.println(s.greeting() + ", " + s.name());
 }
}

The output is:
Goodnight, Dick.

Does anyone knows why?
