The best resources at this moment is the Java Language Specification. Other than that, there is currently no books that are focus on SCJP Tiger.

You could use

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/

as a start. I saw a new K&B, covering J2SE 5.0, at my local bookstore this week.

I expected that book should be Head First Java 2nd edition, isnt it?

That book aims to allow beginners to learn Java Tiger, however, it does not purpose for SCJP Tiger.

I guess K&B are currently updating their SCJP certification book, and it should be right away soon.
