In this the answer given was 3.
my doubt is 2 is also correct and also that is it neccessary that the inner class must extend a class or interface ??

it is not required that inner class must extend any class or interface
but it can extends any class or interface

no my doubt is the every class extends the Object class also ...but the answer is 3...also in the question it was mentioned as must not can ...
