I have no clue. It's more common to do a PowerPoint presentation and output it as HTML. I do know that if you succeeded, I wouldn't be able to view the output though - Microsoft hasn't released a PowerPoint viewer for Linux.
I'm going to be a "small government" candidate. I'll be the government. Just me. No one else.
