What is "HI" meant?

I assume you are asking about the "H1" visas. (That's H-one, not H-I.) An H1 visa is a type of visa that allows someone that is not a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. to work in the U.S. for a time. These kind of visas must be sponsored by the company the person is working for.
