    Always worth applying anyway, you never know if they want others if they are starting up a department. What do you have to lose

    Yeh, I say play the odds. Send your CV, it's a startup anyhow so there are bound to be more junior positions available.

    I've not looked at the market for a while but I'm actually surprised by how many positions there are available (if they are all genuine, of course). Things are looking up.
