How to play audio stream in browser which is stored in database?

I have saved user's recordings to oracle Blob field.
Now I want to play back them in the broswer.
How can I do it?

By the way I could play audio files in a applet using JMF.
What I am asking is how to get the recording stream and send it to the applet.
