No doubt I must say first that K&B's book is the Bible! Thank you!
I got 80% today and I know this is pretty low score compare to others here, but it has met my expectation.
I got the idea to get a Certificate of Java about a month and a half ago, and started to read K&B's book a week later in my spare time. Because reading speed problem and sometimes I have to work late so I just read once but marked those parts I feel hard and read them several times later. The questions and MasterExam in it had made me really feel bad. In fact I have never got more than 50% pass when I did them for the first time. And that even happened the day before yesterday on mock exam. Still I decided to take it today because of suffering from tension these days.
Anyway, I'll say that almost every thing is covered by THE book. Take notes. Two-Minute Drill is great but better get your own one. Have sharp eyes and clear thoughts. And, do have patience because 175 mins is not a short time. No water, no bathroom. So you must drink properly. I had 2 cups of water early in the morning and 1 cup before the exam, so you know it's a hard time for me in the last hour.
I got like a dozen Drag&Drop questions that I did not expect. Some of them is time consuming, but not very hard. The bad thing is when you review them your answer will disappear! You'd better leave them to the moment when you are sure have enough time, and deal them at one blow, or you can write down the answer for review.

Surprisingly I have write so many since writing in English is hard for me.

Thank all the people in JavaRanch; it's really a good place for learners.
