In above code at line 28 i have wrapped wait in try catch block but still it
throws runtime exception.
i know wait method should be in synchronized block.
so from where exception comes.
i think run method throws Exception.
please help me.

I am able to run your code without any runtime exceptions AFTER REMOVING COMMENTS FOR SYNCHRONIZED BLOCK. Try it again.

Yes, this is a interesting question.

the wait() method is warpped in the try-catch block, but why the IllegalMonitorStateException thrown at runtime is not caught by the catch block??
