StringBuffer Class

StringBuffer s1 = new StringBuffer("He");
StringBuffer s2 = new StringBuffer("He");
System.out.println((s1==s2) + " " + s1.equals(s2));

The output is "false false".
So when will the output be "false true" for StringBuffers.

The StringBuffer class does not override the equals method from Object, so you will only get true if you call equals on a StringBuffer and send that StringBuffer as the parameter.

Never say "never," but...

If you check the API, you will see that StringBuffer does not override the equals method. Therefore, it uses Object's implementation.
