When will I get the voucher.
And can I write the test immediately when I get it.

IF you want only voucher they willl definitely give. Contact them via telephone and ask the voucher price?

you can buy voucher from any prometric centerr near you. You dont have to take training. The cost of voucher that I bought last week is 7200.

Praveen! I think it is not the voucher that you need to worry about, but the time when you are writing the exam. There are plenty of prometric centers available and more often you can get the voucher easily, if you have enough time you can wait for proper discounts and buy the voucher that time. Is there any NIIT center around your locality, you can ask them when is the next discount likely to be expected, sometime it helps.
