Hi,
I am new one to the JTAPI.What are the software and hardware resorces needed for accomplishing JTAPI application?.

HI!
Well you will need the JTAPI Interfaces from the java.sun.com.. and you will need the ibms J323 Implementation.. this comes along with JtapiChat from IBM.. it is free.
The other implementations cost a lotta money..
the J323 is for the subnet.. so you will need to be on an intranet..
