I am writing my scjp exam (core java) . So can I know what is the exam cut off score to get the certificate . And what is the minimum score we should get in order to get "excellent" in the certificate.

and I don`t think there is any score which make your certificate with "excellent" mark, just passing is enough !

You can find details at the above mentioned links, just to add on, the cut off or minimum passing score is different for different versions of the exam.
