HI,
I like Black Art of Java Game Programming
by Joel Fan but it's a bit old (1996).

My favorite book is "Java Game Programming for Dummies" which is also quite old and out of print. My copy is heavily coffee stained and the pages are almost worn out. You may be able to find it at a junk book store.

It's nowhere near perferct, but at the moment I think it's the only option for an up-to-date java game-programming book. It's good enough to get you off the ground using Java 2 for your game engine, but for deeper issues (AI, design, math/physics, etc) you'll need to look elsewhere.
