Does anyone the exact syntax for using the getAttributes() method when using NIS as a Service Provider for JNDI?
I am trying to modify the Getattr.java example from the JNDI Tutorial for NIS.
getAttributes() needs the three attributes: "cn", "nisMapName", and "nisMapEntry". Is cn the NIS domainname? Is nisMapName passwd.byname? Is nisMapEntry system/passwd/username?
I can't seem to get it to work right. Any help would be appreciated.
