Hi,
Can anyone please tell me the relationship between Portlet and Web Service? Any suggestion for Portlet development tutorial?

There's not a connection between the two other than the fact that Portlets can call Web Services just like Servlets or JSP's can.
I'm moving this to the "Other Java API's" forum where hopefully someone can provide you with a tutorial.
