swf movies/ any other movies.

First thing, is it possible to play swf (flash) movies (or avi's, anything like that) in a java frame/gamecanvas/place where images go (graphics area thing?).

If yes, anyone know a good site where i could find out how, i can't find anything relavent. Any help would be appreciated.

Try some of these:
1)JMF (Java Media Framework) on sun.com
2)jGoodies
3)SWF supports java

I think the first is the best way...
