[HELP] How to install the NLP library?

Dear all,

I am new in using NLP (Natural Language Processing). I want to install the library, I am using eclipse. can anyone tell me how to have teh NLP rady to be used? And where can i find the sample coding of Java-NLP, I am creating a kind of semantic web for my thesis.
