Tomorrow I have an interview with IBM Websphere
Business Integration Division.(MQ,crossworlds ..etc)
If any one has any tips can u please post

Hello.
You may want to also focus on a lot of brain-teaser questions such as why a manhole is round.

Focus on personality questions. www.acetheinterview.com is also a good website. Usually big companies hiring permanents focus very much on appearance, and personality.
I have never been interviewed by IBM, but this is what I heard, many puzzle questions to test your ability to think, good luck.
