hi all,
Was just wondering ....
After the end of the war...
would we see the economy rise and new jobs created?
or
would we see no change at all?
or
am I just trying to link two totally independent and unrelated situations.

I think the country has been nervous because of the fear of the war. We see the stock market improving because the known is less scary than the unknown. I would expect that having the situation in Iraq settled would improve the overall economy.

I am sorry if my post seemed misguided. I just wanted to know what to expect of the job market in the future and it's relation to today...if any.

War discussion, wrt to relevance to the economy and job market is more then weclome here. Obviously the job stiuation is not immune from political forces, but we tend to be as heated over here, as they in MD.

I hope the war will be stoped as soon as possible.
