Diff. between Bean & JSP Bean

Hi Friends,,
Here I have some confusion that what r the differences(iff any) between General bean and Bean that use in JSP as never use General Bean .

Bean needs to follow certain guidelines in both the cases , as far as I know there aren't any in the guidelines to be followed(private variable, get, setVariableName for all attributes)
