hey guys,
I got an interview on last Tuesday by a technical guy of a company and then another one by the President on Wednesday. After this second interview, the President said "I like you and you are a good fit for this position. Our technical guy who interviewed you yesterday has given you lots of points. So let me forward my notes, his notes and your resume to my other partner. I shall give u a call back in 3 to 4 days (since my partner is out of town). In the meanwhile if you have any questions u can always call me/email me."
....apart from the obvious...can anyone tell me what happened/is going to happen?
He gives me his e-mail ID and also mentions that he and his partner own 95% of the company. Everything sounds positive....but I've got used to many rejections and so was wondering if there's a catch anywhere that I missed.

That sounds great. Wait 3-4 days. He likely has to talk over any hiring with his partner and simply must wait for them. Here's what I would do.
The day after the interview, send a thank you email to the president and tech guy who interviewed you (ideally send a seperate email to each one).
Wait 5-6 days (that is, the day or two after the 4 days he mentioned) and if you don't hear from them, email them back and politely check in on the status.
