Hey guys ,
Can you please guide me as to where i could get any frameworks , Design Patterns etc to develop a Personalized web site ..
i have to deliver Personalised content as well as deal with internationalization issues in an application without touching the persistance tier ....

Any help would be highly appreciated ...!

I'm not familiar with JetSpeed per se, but Struts/Tiles also provides this type of capabilities. Looking at the JetSpeed summary, it sounds like Tiles may be more focused on customizing your user's page -- there's even a sample app based around this notion.
