Hi I was going through one of tutorials regarding taglibs

They have given a line which reads like this
"rewritten to take advantage of two tag libraries: Struts and tutorial-template"

Struts I came to know that it contains some predefined tag-libs which we can use in our development code. What is the "tutorial-template" is it also another type of tag-lib.

Pls forgive if I asked something funny. I am beginner and trying to get these concepts.
