I have a jsp name it as one.jsp who contains different values from different input such as textfields. My problem is that I need to pass all that values to the next page let's call it as two.jsp that validates certain values from one.jsp thru a bean named bean.java. Once the validation is done one.jsp is being included to the present page..It appears to me that all that the values I inputted is cleared once I included one.jsp to two.jsp..need ur opinion guys..thanks!

Hi Ray,
you can maintain a session which carries all the values, and when u inlcude the first jsp, set values of all its components to their respective values.

hope this helps,

regards

"Royal Conquerer",

We're pleased to have you here with us on the Ranch, but there are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.

In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.

Thanks!
