I have a Jsp page where i upload my files. i am getting an exception while uploading

java.io.IOException: Posted content type isn't multipart/form-data
at imgupload.MultipartParser.<init>(MultipartParser.java:78)

when i set the FORM with ENCTYPE the form is not at all submitting..
