One my friend got a offer from cordys R&D at hyderabad. I would like to know some information like how is the company, work culture and the growth oppurtunities and other details.

AFAIK, they are completly into product development.

You work very less on J2EE API's. They have lot of custom API's you will be using for product dev.

I dont work for Cordys.. but I do know that cordys has a product which is widely used in integrating Baan with external applications. I have heard that they have wide range of products for Baan Integration and its good. Looks like they concentrate more on Baan.

Jan Baan,the former owner of Baan now owns Cordys.
